   • Objective: Provide a simple and effective way for customers to book appointments, increasing engagement and conversion.
   • Directed by : Integration of an online booking system with flexible time slots and automated reminders to reduce no-show rates.
3. Establishment of a payment system for telephone consultations :
   • Objective: Facilitate transactions while giving customers flexible payment terms.
   • Directed by : Implementation of a secure payment system enabling customers to pay according to their preferences, with the option of free payments to ensure a seamless user experience.

Final thoughts :
